One Child at a Time

Creative solutions to care

Promote positive social and emotional growth that enhances self-confidence, empathy, and the ability to form lasting friendships and meaningful relationships.

Our Programs

Nest

The Nest is a warm, nurturing Montessori environment for babies ages 3 to 18 months, where each child feels secure, loved, and free to explore at their own pace. Thoughtfully prepared to support natural development, space encourages safe movement and continuous practice of gross motor skills such as crawling, standing, and walking. Gentle, consistent routines build trust, foster independence, and promote a strong sense of belonging.

Early Spanish Immersion is seamlessly woven into daily life through songs, stories, and meaningful interactions, gently laying the foundation for bilingual language development. Sign language is also introduced to support early communication, reduce frustration, and empower infants to express their needs before spoken language emerges—nurturing both cognitive and emotional development.

Sensory-rich materials and experiences invite babies to engage with the world around them, encouraging curiosity, concentration, and practical life awareness in a peaceful, respectful setting tailored to the needs of our youngest learners.

Children's Community

At ECCC, our Montessori Children’s Community offers toddlers a nurturing, thoughtfully prepared environment designed to promote independence, curiosity, and essential life skills like eating, dressing, and toileting. Each day begins with Montessori Circle Time, where children build a strong sense of community, focus, and emotional readiness. Grace and Courtesy lessons further support social-emotional growth by teaching empathy, respect, and self-regulation.

Our engaging programs enrich this foundation with Spanish Immersion, introducing a second language through music and conversation, and the Virtues Curriculum, which helps children internalize values like kindness and perseverance. Children also benefit from daily outdoor activities and gardening, encouraging exploration, connection with nature, and healthy physical development.

ECCC’s unique Flagging programs expand children’s cultural awareness and global understanding, inspiring curiosity and compassion. Together, these experiences create a holistic learning environment that prepares every child for lifelong growth, confidence, and success.

Children's House

At ECCC’s Children’s House, children aged 3 to 5 experience two pivotal years within a Montessori environment carefully designed to nurture their innate curiosity and support comprehensive development. Through purposeful Practical Life exercises—such as sweeping, baking, and tending plants—children cultivate independence, concentration, and responsibility. They engage with a rich curriculum including math, language, geography, history, and cultural studies, fostering critical thinking and creative exploration.

Montessori philosophy fosters essential skills such as leadership, problem-solving, empathy, and collaboration by encouraging children to take initiative and engage respectfully with their peers. Integral to this developmental journey are Grace and Courtesy lessons, which nurture kindness, respect, and effective communication as social awareness deepens. Complementing these lessons, the Virtues Curriculum guides children in internalizing core values like patience, honesty, and responsibility, promoting moral growth alongside academic achievement.

As children mature, they assume leadership roles, refine their abilities, and support their peers, building confidence and a strong sense of community. Participation in ECCC’s flagship programs, including Spanish Immersion, further enriches their educational experience, broadening perspectives and equipping them with foundational skills for lifelong success.

"Our care of the child should be governed, not by the desire to make him learn things, but by the endeavour always to keep burning within him that light which is called intelligence."
